Merchant and Mills - Vintage Yellow Stripe Indian Cotton is a mustard yellow stripe on a warm white background. This is a soft, light-weight cotton which is ever so slightly sheer. So if you were making a dress you’d want to pick a pattern with some fullness, or line it. Also perfect for tops, dresses and pyjamas.
Indian cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.

Pattern: 3.3cm
Care: Wash at 30 degrees, with a non bio detergent and on a gentle spin cycle. Iron on low, do not bleach. Tumble dry on a low heat.

Yay Stitch recommends that you always pre-wash your fabric (exception oilskin fabric) in the way that you intend to look after it long term. So this might mean also throwing it in the dryer if that's how you roll!
Please note, at Yay Stitch we sell our fabric in 0.25cm increments. A quantity of 4 is 1 meter and 6 is 1.5m and so on.
